The San Sebastián Church in Vargas, Venezuela is a beautiful historical landmark that is definitely worth visiting. Unfortunately, I could not find an official website for the church, but I can tell you that it is open to the public and admission is free.

Here are the opening hours for the San Sebastián Church:
Monday to Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm and 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Sunday: 8:00am - 1:00pm

As for what to see in the surrounding area, there are a few options. One popular attraction is the Parque Nacional el Ávila, which is a national park that offers hiking trails, stunning views, and picnic areas. It is open every day from 6:00am - 6:00pm.

Another option is the Playa Grande Beach, which is a beautiful spot for swimming and sunbathing. It is open every day from sunrise to sunset.
